Thermex Terms of Service

If the information provided is incomplete or not correct, it may mean that our service technician drives in vain, which will mean that the service visit, even within the 24-month complaint period, will be considered a service that you must pay for yourself.

Upon Thermex's arrival, we ask to see an original purchase note or a copy of this from the dealer, as documentation that the product was purchased new within the last 24 months (counting from our receipt of the request for a service visit). Lack of documentation will mean that the service visit, even within the 24-month complaint period, will be considered a service you have to pay for yourself.

Please read the product's instructions for use and installation carefully and, as far as possible, check that the product is installed correctly. In the case of extractor hoods in particular, please check that the exhaust air is not prevented from passing freely at any point and that the damper can open and close unhindered, and that there are no unnecessary kinks in the exhaust hose.

Errors or damage caused by incorrect operation, misuse, insufficient maintenance, incorrect installation, installation or connection, voltage variations or other electrical disturbances, such as e.g. defective fuses or faults in the supply network as well as in the case of repairs carried out by other than the repairers appointed by Thermex, and in general faults or damages that the supplier can compensate for are due to external causes other than manufacturing and material faults, which Thermex is not responsible for the general rules of the law are liable for, will even within the 24-month complaint period be considered a service that you have to pay for yourself.

Errors or defects due to lack of maintenance, replacement of light bulbs in general. sockets, as well as the replacement or cleaning of grease filters and carbon filters, are not covered by Thermex's complaints service. Calls due to lack of maintenance, even within the 24-month complaint period, are considered a service that you must pay for yourself.

It is a condition for the repair at all times that the product is physically accessible to our service technician. Access to the product should therefore not be obstructed. A product that is mounted in such a way that access to the product is not possible for our service technician will result in our service technician driving in vain, and therefore the service visit, even within the 24 month complaint period, will be considered a service that you yourself must pay for.

7.
All visit times are to be regarded as indicative, and reservations are made for changes to these times as a result of delays, lack of spare parts, traffic problems, illness and other absences of the service technician, etc.


The price for service visits that are not covered by the 24-month right of complaint will be invoiced via the service partner
