Ventilation with heat recovery
In modern homes, extraction from kitchen hoods, bathrooms and utility rooms is often connected to a central heat recovery ventilation system that provides continuous and balanced air extraction throughout the building. Ventilation with heat recovery ensures a healthy indoor climate while reusing heat from extracted air to reduce energy consumption.
Ventmex Basic
THERMEX Ventmex has been developed in cooperation with the Danish Technological Institute and is designed for homes with central heat recovery ventilation systems. In such systems, air is extracted evenly from all rooms around the clock, which can reduce kitchen hood performance during cooking.
Ventmex acts as an intelligent control unit that boosts the ventilation system when the kitchen hood is activated. At the same time, extraction from bathrooms and utility rooms is reduced, concentrating airflow at the kitchen hood.
When the kitchen hood is switched off, normal base ventilation is automatically restored. System settings can be easily adjusted using the THERMEX App.
Ventmex Basic – Wired / Wireless
Ventmex is available in both wired and wireless versions. The wired solution is ideal for new builds, while the wireless kit is well suited for retrofit installations.
HRW Multicom – Heat recovery
HRW Multicom is a decentralised heat recovery ventilation unit designed for individual rooms without a central ventilation system. The unit operates with alternating supply and extract air, storing heat in a ceramic heat exchanger.
HRW Ø100 / Ø160 Multicom
The Ø100 version is suitable for smaller rooms, while the Ø160 model offers higher airflow capacity for larger spaces. Both versions are available with remote control for convenient operation.
