5-YEAR WARRANTY
When you invest in a cooktop with an integrated extractor from Thermex, you’re not just getting everyday quality — you also have the option to extend the warranty from 2 to 5 years.
The warranty applies only to Thermex cooktops with integrated extractors purchased from an authorized dealer and follows the provisions of the Danish Sale of Goods Act.

When you choose a Thermex cooktop with an integrated extractor, you can extend the warranty to 5 years free of charge. Simply fill out the form on this page no later than 21 days after the date of purchase.
Fill in all fields (marked with *), including serial number, name, contact information, and model name. Upload your purchase receipt and a photo of the product’s rating label, which is typically located underneath the cooktop.
Once your registration is complete, you will receive a confirmation email which, together with your receipt, serves as proof of your 5-year warranty.
