Copenhagen Gloss from Thermex is a modern 80 cm wide induction hob with integrated extractor hood, created to combine high performance with a stylish look.
Design and functionality
The hob is made of elegant black glass with a discreet black steel grate placed centrally where the hood's powerful intake takes place. Under the grate is a smart C-shaped grease filter, which both effectively filters the air and collects any spilled liquid.
Operation is via five separate slider glass touch controls with red light, giving you precise control of each cooking zone as well as the cooker hood.
Features and operation
The cooking surface consists of 8 oval zones, which are controlled in pairs as 4 flexible zones, which makes it easy to use larger pots and pans. The boost function on all zones ensures fast heating, while the double bridge function provides extra power when needed.
The cooker hood delivers powerful extraction with an air flow of up to 735 m³/h and operates quietly from just 47 dB(A). The intelligent automatic system ensures that the cooker hood adjusts the speed to the activity of the hob.
A carbon filter is not included, but a ceramic carbon filter set for recirculation can be purchased.
Easy cleaning
The smooth glass surface is easy to maintain and is easily cleaned with ordinary window cleaner. The C-shaped grease filter can be quickly removed and is dishwasher safe.
