Copenhagen Matt from Thermex is an exclusive 80 cm wide induction hob with integrated extractor hood, where the matte glass surface gives a modern and sophisticated look in the kitchen.
Design and functionality
The hob is made of elegant matte black glass, which reduces reflections and gives a luxurious visual expression. Centrally, the black steel grate is located where the hood's powerful intake takes place. Under the grate is a C-shaped grease filter, which both filters effectively and collects any spilled liquids.
Operation is via five separate slider glass touch controls with red light that provide precise control of each cooking zone as well as the cooker hood.
Features and operation
The cooking surface contains 8 oval zones, which are controlled in pairs as 4 flexible zones, making it ideal for both large and small pots. Boost function on all zones ensures fast heating, while double bridge function provides extra power when needed.
The integrated cooker hood delivers impressive extraction with air volumes of up to 735 m³/h and operates quietly from just 47 dB(A). The intelligent automatic system automatically adjusts the speed to the activity of the hob.
A carbon filter set or a ceramic carbon filter set for recirculation can be purchased.
Easy cleaning
The matte glass surface is easy to maintain, resistant to fingerprints and is easy to clean with ordinary glass or kitchen cleaner. The C-shaped grease filter can be removed quickly and is dishwasher safe.
