Functions and operation
The hob has four round cooking zones with boost function on all zones and a double bridge function, allowing larger pots, pans and griddle plates to be used flexibly. The total output of the bridge function is up to 3700 W, while each cooking zone has an output of up to 2000 W.
The integrated extractor has an airflow of up to 719 m³/h and automatically adjusts the speed according to how the hob is being used. This provides an efficient and user-friendly solution where extraction adapts to the cooking process without unnecessary operation.
Controls and comfort
With five separate slider glass touch controls, you get full control over both the cooking zones and the extractor. Each cooking zone has its own slider, while the extractor is operated via a dedicated slider, allowing both heat and ventilation to be adjusted quickly and precisely.
The hob also features timer, child lock, pan sensor, Stop & Go and keep warm function, making it suitable for both everyday cooking and more demanding kitchen tasks.
Easy cleaning
The smooth glass surface is easy to clean after use, and the C-shaped grease filter beneath the grille can be quickly removed and washed in the dishwasher. The filter construction also collects any spilled liquid, preventing it from running further down into the installation.
Nordic 6911 has a liquid collection capacity of 2 litres, providing extra safety and making it practical for everyday use.
Flexible installation
Nordic 6911 can be used for both recirculation and extraction to the outside. A high-efficiency ceramic carbon filter set for recirculation is included, while ducting parts are purchased separately depending on the installation type.
